Lewis Hamilton, born January 7, 1985, in Stevenage, England, is one of Formula 1’s greatest drivers. From a working-class background, he began karting at eight, funded by his father’s hard work, and joined McLaren’s young driver programme at 13. He debuted in F1 with McLaren in 2007, finishing second in the championship as a rookie. He won his first title in 2008, then joined Mercedes in 2013, where he claimed six more championships (2014–15, 2017–20), equalling Schumacher’s record of seven. In 2025, Hamilton fulfilled a lifelong dream by moving to Ferrari. Despite challenges with the SF-25 car, he remains hopeful for future success.
